What is Plastic Neutrality
Plastic neutrality is a concept aimed at reducing the environmental impact of plastic usage. It involves offsetting the amount of unavoidable plastic generated or used by individuals, businesses, or organizations by investing in projects that reduce, recover, or recycle an equivalent amount of plastic from the environment.
Essentially, it’s a way to balance out the negative effects of plastic consumption by supporting initiatives that mitigate plastic pollution. This can include projects such as beach clean-ups, waste management infrastructure development, or investments in technologies for plastic recycling.
